Kathy Robinson
Founder, Career & Business Consultant

TurningPoint’s founder Kathy Robinson has been through a fair number of life and career transitions. She has held twenty-four different part-time and full-time jobs since the age of eight, when she decided that economic freedom was a high priority and started two newspaper routes. In her adult life she has worked as a high profile HR Executive in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, engineering, software, and retail. She has worked with many people in career transition and has helped build several small start-up companies.

Kathy’s passion involves helping people pursue their ideal jobs, start their dream businesses, or retire after a long career and pursue new interests. Based on her experience coaching others to find the right role for them, she founded TurningPoint to help make the career transition process more efficient, more inspiring, more fun, and more inclusive of other life goals. She has created a holistic model of the career transition process, including looking at how all areas of life (career, health, finances, family, etc.) are involved in making a successful career transition.
